Whispers from the Bars
Reflection
In grimy steel, a soul is trapped,
A kitten's eyes, with wonder wrapped.
Through rusty bars, a gaze so bright,
A plea for freedom, a heart alight.
With fur of gray and orange hue,
A tiny prisoner, with spirit anew.
The world's vastness, beyond the gate,
A call to adventure, an uncertain fate.
Yet, in those eyes, a spark remains,
A light that flickers, through joy and pains.
For in the depths, a wildness sleeps,
A dream of freedom, it secretly keeps.
And when the moment comes to roam,
This little heart, will find its home.
In every glance, a story's told,
Of resilience, young and bold.
