Midnight Muse
Reflection
In twilight's hush, where shadows play,
A maiden dwells, with beauty's sway,
Her tresses dark, like night's own shade,
With flowers blooming, softly displayed.
A crow's dark form, with feathers bright,
Perches beside her, in gentle light,
Together they breathe, in peaceful night,
As petals unfold, with subtle might.
The world is hushed, in quiet sleep,
As she and crow, in vigil keep,
The flowers watch, with petals wide,
As they commune, side by side.
In this still scene, we find our peace,
A moment's calm, the world's release,
A symbol of the mystic tie,
That binds us all, in wonder why.
