Rose Requiem
Reflection
In twilight's hush, where shadows softly fall,
A maiden lies, entwined with roses' call.
Her lips, a crimson whisper, barely heard,
As petals dance, like lovers, unendur'd.
Her eyes, closed to the world's loud din,
Drink in the scent, the roses pour within.
In this still moment, time stands still,
As beauty's essence, her soul doth fill.
With every breath, a rose's gentle sigh,
Echoes the heartbeat, of a lover's goodbye.
In red roses' splendor, her spirit takes flight,
A fleeting dream, of love's pure, endless night.
The roses weep, with dew's tender kiss,
As she, in slumber, finds her mystic wish.
In roseate hues, her visage shines so bright,
A testament to love's, eternal, mystic light.
Her presence whispers secrets, to the rose's ear,
Of love's deep mysteries, and heart's deepest fear.
In this tableau, of beauty, red and white,
Lies a requiem, for love's, fragile, fleeting light.
