Rose Requiem
Reflection
In slumber, she is surrounded by the velvet kiss of roses,
Soft petals caressing her skin like a gentle breeze.
The red blooms, like passionate whispers, fill the air,
As she dreams, lost in a sea of beauty, beyond compare.
Her lips, a fiery rosebud, inviting and serene,
A vision of tranquility, in a world unseen.
The roses, like guardians of her peaceful nest,
Watch over her, as she rests, and is blessed.
In this still moment, time stands still,
As the beauty of the roses, her soul does fill.
The world, with all its strife, fades from sight,
As she basks in the gentle, rose-scented night.
And when she wakes, the memory stays,
A bittersweet reminder of life's fleeting ways.
Yet, in the rose's timeless beauty, she finds peace,
A reflection of her own, inner release.
