Rose Requiem
Reflection
In twilight's hush, where shadows play,
A maiden lies, in roseate array,
Her skin, a canvas, pale and gray,
Adorned with blooms, in vibrant display.
The roses, red as passion's fire,
Dance around her, with gentle desire,
Their petals soft, as whispered sighs,
As she, in slumber, meets the skies.
Her hair, a dark, and flowing stream,
That sweeps across, her dreamy theme,
The roses, woven, in her locks so fine,
A crown, that shines, with love's divine.
In this, a world, of beauty rare,
The maiden rests, without a care,
The roses, guarding, her peaceful nest,
As she, in dreams, is forever blessed.
