Rose Requiem
Reflection
In twilight's hush, where shadows play,
Amidst the roses, she fades away.
Her lips, a whispered promise keep,
As petals softly, her face do creep.
Eyes closed, a serene, dreamlike state,
The roses' beauty, her own does create.
In monochrome, her skin does glow,
A canvas, where emotions ebb and flow.
The red roses, a fiery, beating heart,
Pulsating life, a work of art.
In this stillness, a story unfolds,
Of love, of loss, of life, of secrets told.
A requiem for the roses, and for her too,
A celebration, of beauty, pure and true.
