Rose Requiem
Reflection
In twilight's hush, where shadows play,
A maiden rests, her beauty sways,
Red roses crown her gentle head,
A symbol of love, in slumbering bed.
Her lips, a rosebud's promise keep,
As darkness weaves, a mystic sleep,
The vines of night, upon her skin,
A floral dance, where darkness wins.
In this still moment, she is free,
A fleeting peace, for you and me,
A moment's beauty, lost in time,
A rose requiem, a love sublime.
The red roses whisper secrets low,
Of love and loss, of life and woe,
As the maiden's heart, in slumber lies,
The roses guard, her dreams and sighs.
