Rose Requiem
Reflection
In twilight's hush, where shadows play,
A vision lies, in red roses' sway,
Her face, a canvas, pale and bright,
Eyes closed, in slumber's gentle night.
The roses, like blood, upon her lay,
A somber beauty, in a silent way,
Her lips, a whispered promise keep,
As darkness reigns, in endless sleep.
The light, a caress, upon her skin,
Illuminates the beauty within,
A fleeting glimpse, of what's to be,
A moment's peace, in eternity.
In this stillness, we find our own,
A reflection, of the heart's deep tone,
A call to surrender, to the night,
And let the beauty, of the roses, ignite.
