Rose Requiem
Reflection
In the depths of crimson, she lies serene,
A vision of beauty, amidst the roses unseen.
Her face, a canvas, pale and fair,
A monochrome dream, beyond compare.
The roses, a sea, of velvet red,
Enfold her, in their soft, silent bed.
Their petals, like whispers, gently sway,
As she rests, in their sweet, perfumed way.
In this dark world, of shadow and night,
She shines, a star, with gentle light.
The roses, a symbol, of love and desire,
Surround her, like a burning fire.
That fuels the passion, that never tires,
And in their beauty, she is set on fire.
With every breath, she inhales their scent,
And in their fragrance, her spirit is bent.
Towards the beauty, that they represent,
And in their red hue, her heart is bent.
